Accessing And Correcting Your Information
You can confirm or correct what information we may hold by accessing your Personal Account settings and changing or deleting any data there.
To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making changes or corrections to any of your personally identifiable information. You will require a valid Username and PassWord.
Downloading Your Data
To download a copy of the information we hold –
- Go to your User Homepage;
- In the “Useful Information” window click “Download Personal Data”;
- A new page will appear – enter your Password (just to make sure you ARE you!);
- A file will appear in your computer’s “Downloads”.
DELETING your information
- Go to your User Homepage;
- Select the link “Delete Personal Data”;
- Enter your Password (just to make sure it IS you!); then
- Click “Delete My Account and Personal Data”.
Your Personal Data will be removed from the system. If you have active subscriptions or memberships, (including any newsletters) they will be cancelled and removed from all servers and databases.
This action can’t be reverted, so please think twice!
