- NO Hacking or attempt to hack, or in any way interfere or tamper with operation the website;
- You cannot fraudulently pretend to be another person;

- You may NOT Do anything which damages or brings TDVP into disrepute;
- If you breach these Terms, you may be subject to immediate temporary suspension, permanent suspension, deletion of any member account, permanent banning from TDVP or any combination of these;
- No refunds will be allowed;
- No redress will be allowed;
- If you breach these Terms you may become liable to civil and criminal penalties;
- TDVP will provide your details to appropriate law enforcement agencies.
